2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed Services: Once the project is delivered and accepted by the client, the service is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Client Delays: If the client causes delays by not providing required information, materials, or feedback, Voybe.us is not responsible for those delays and no refund will be offered.
  • Change of Mind: If the client decides to cancel the project after work has started but before completion, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
  • Revisions and Changes: If revisions requested by the client exceed the number of revisions included in the package or significantly change the project scope, additional fees may apply, but no refund will be granted for the original service.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

5. Cancellations by Voybe.us

In rare cases, Voybe.us may need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. We will also offer the option to reschedule or transfer the project to another service provider.


6. No Guarantees on Results

While we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services, Voybe.us does not guarantee specific results (such as increased sales, traffic, or rankings). Refunds will not be issued based on the performance or perceived outcome of our services.
